The Americans with Disabilities Act protects disabled individuals from being discriminated against, this includes their right to drive a car. With this protection, the Registry of Motor Vehicles cannot deny a driver's license to someone, based solely on their disability

Our Driving Academy will provide driver training to you, if you have mild medical challenges which include:

Please be advised that we do not provide sign language interpreters or any other other language interpreters.

Our vehicles are NOT equipped with any special needs' equipment.

ADA Driving Only 12 Individual Driving Lessons No classroom included	This package includes 12 - Hours Behind-the-Wheel of Driving Instruction in our vehicles, which are dual controlled to maximize the protection of all occupants.	$1100.00 Register
Full Driver Education Course for Individuals with Disabilities Option B	A printed copy of your Learner's Permit must be presented to the instructor at the beginning of every in-car session. Pictures of your permit on your cell phone will "NOT" be accepted for driving lessons. Must be completed within one year from start date. Parent Class is "NOT" required for anyone over 18 years old, if you begin the Driver's Ed Course "AFTER" your 18th Birthday. Program Includes: • 30 Hours Classroom (Student must be 15 years and 9 months old to begin Classroom Instruction) • 12 Hours Behind-The-Wheel • 6 Hours In-Car Observation Dos Not Include: • 30 Hours Classroom (Student must be 15 years & 9 months old to begin Classroom Instruction) • 12 Hours Behind-The-Wheel • 6 Hours In-Car Observation Does Not Include: • Certificate of Completion (+$35 fee) • Road Test Sponsorship (+$175 fee) Does "NOT" include the $85.00 Licensing Fees that are due to the RMV.	$1195.00 Register

Six Individual Driving Hours Behind the Wheel for ADA Clients	This package includes: • Six Individual Hours of Driving	$600.00 Register
Premium ADA Road Test Package	This package includes: • One Hour Driving Practice (to be scheduled, prior to Road test) • One Road Test Sponsorship Service • The use of our vehicle • Our licensed instructor as your designated sponsor	$325.00 Register
ADA Road Test & License Sponsorship	One Road Test Sponsorship at a designated Registry of Motor Vehicles location Road Test Fee is for sponsorship only! The Sponsorship Road Test Fees does not include any monies that applicants must pay to the RMV. Clients must pay a total of $85.00 to the RMV, which is separate from our sponsorship service fees. Please call our office before purchasing this service, to ascertain sponsorship. Private Road Test Appointments are based on instructor's availability. DO NOT SCHEDULE A ROAD TEST ANYWHERE ELSE AND SCHEDULE A ROAD TEST HERE AS WELL. WE WILL SCHEDULE YOUR ROAD TEST. IF YOU BOOK MULTIPLE ROAD TESTS, THE RMV WILL REMOVE YOU FROM ALL LISTS! NOTE: This does not include any refresher lesson, prior to road test ALL DRIVERS MUST POSSESS A VALID LEARNER PERMIT TO DRIVE We Do NOT accept a picture of your permit on a phone. If you suffer from mild cases of certain disabilities, our professionally trained instructors, who have been specifically trained to accommodate your needs, will work diligently with you and design your individualized training plan. You will learn to drive at your own comfort and pace, while you build your confidence and achieve the competence for the license and the independence you deserve.

It is based on the availability of our instructors that the driving lessons are scheduled.
We cannot and we do not create additional hours that are not displayed on our schedule.

We are no longer able to offer at home pickup and drop off.
Students pick up and drop off are at our office, located at 797 Washington Street, Stoughton 02072.

Please meet the instructor at the corner of Railroad Avenue & Washington Street, next to Avocado Mexican Restaurant, on the side street.
YOU MUST HAVE A VALID AND A PRINTED COPY OF YOUR PERMIT IN ORDER TO DRIVE WITH US.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A PICTURE OF A PERMIT THAT IS ON YOUR PHONE.
